Went in for lunch on a weekday. Service was fast and friendly. Food was delicious! Highly recommend!
Wow, great Mexican and Peruvian food with a kick. Fresh made salsa and many fresh ingredients. Cocktails were made to perfection with fresh ingredients. Great for a fun date or bring the family. Open kitchen and inviting bar. Little expensive, but you get what you pay for in this case.
The ceviche and chile relleno were truly exceptional, with the latter being the finest I've ever experienced. Our servers were diligent, checking in frequently and crafting exceptional drinks. This location comes highly recommended for its outstanding culinary offerings and genuine experience.
This has been one of the most personalized restaurant experiences I have ever encountered. The gentleman that was helping me, handed over my menu and I carefully read over every word on each dish. TWICE! I had come to realize that about 6 of the ingredients listed were completely unknown to me. As a seeker of knowledge, I had to at least inquire about them. My man did not disappoint in the least. I was given a sincere and patient explanation of each ingredient, including preparation, origin, uses and sourcing. It was exactly what I was looking for. This is our favorite restaurant. The people are nice, the drinks are amazing and the food is phenomenal. The simmered pork, the seared ahi tuna, the flaming bananas...everything is perfection. We live 3 hours from Bend but we make sure Hola is in our plans every time we come. Don't be shy about ordering from the Peruvian portion of the menu. You won't get this kind of meal anywhere else.
Popped in while my car was getting serviced. Got a super mango margarita and the tequila tacos. Had a great time! Very much worth checking out.
Wow! Wow! Wow! I don't know what " Hola! Nouveau Mexican-Peruvian Cuisine" is, but this was amazing. From the chips (tortilla/potato) with green sauce and superb salsa, to the carne azada, tacos and enchilada, everything was fabulous. Great service, warm atmosphere and an offer of dessert I just didn't have room for, but I will be back to try next time. Thank you Rogelio!
Hands down one of my favorite restaurants in town. I have been here a few times and only tried a couple of their Peruvian dishes. The causa is out of this world! Absolutely delicious. It is hard for me to try anything else because I keep ordering it. And the staff, always attentive and eager to make your visit enjoyable. Highly recommended
